Information We Collect
- Information you give us . When you submit a contact/inquiry form, book a session, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred session date, session type, and any message or details you provide.
- Payment information. Bookings and payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We don't store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
- Photos & session details. Information you share so we can plan and deliver your session and galleries.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our tools) may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and general location, via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How We Use Your Information
We use it to: respond to inquiries and book sessions; deliver photography services and galleries; process payments; send newsletters and updates you've asked for; improve our website and marketing; and comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — e.g., website/image hosting, our payment processor (Stripe), our email/newsletter provider (Mailchimp), and analytics/advertising tools we've enabled.
- Advertising partners — if we use ad pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest), certain identifiers may be shared for targeted advertising. (Under California law this may be considered "sharing" — see Section 5.)
- Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights, clients, or business.

Your Privacy Choices & Rights (including California residents)
You may: unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime (link in each email); ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold; and adjust your cookie/browser settings. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it's used; request access to or deletion of it; correct inaccurate information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it. When you book a photo session, we may collect voluntary information about children from the parent/guardian who books.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our site may link to or embed third-party content (e.g., Instagram, maps, booking or newsletter tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.

We may update this policy periodically; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Significant changes will be posted here.
